Parker headlines four Richland County All-Ohio selections

COLUMBUS – Four Richland County boys soccer players earned All-Ohio honors when the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association released their All-Ohio teams.Lexington’s Ryan Parker was a first team selection in Division II while his teammate, Teddy Togliatti, joined Ontario’s Gage Weaver and Clear Fork’s Seth Stoner as second team All-Ohio selections for their amazing 2020 seasons.Parker finished as first team All-Ohio thanks to his 31 goals and 21 assists for his senior season. He finished his illustrious career with 96 goals and 60 assists. In 2020, Parker led the Minutemen to a 17-4 record and a district championship.Togliatti was the glue for the Minutemen playing all over the field. He scored five goals and handed out 10 assists while also standing out on the defensive end as he played multiple positions throughout the course of a game.Weaver, who started the season out as the Warriors’ goalkeeper, scored 23 goals and handed out three assists when he made the move to offense as he led the Warriors to the 2020 Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference Championship.Stoner was the heart and soul of the Colts’ team that won its first MOAC title since joining the league.
