SACRAMENTO – Culminating months of work to put California on the path forward amid the global COVID-19 pandemic, Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday released “Recovery for All,” the final report by the co-chairs of his Task Force on Business and Jobs Recovery. The report can be read in full here.
