EMEDA creates advertising grant to help small businesses recover

Eastern Montana Economic Development Authority (EMEDA), a local Port Authority focused on economic development, has created a new grant program to assist small businesses as they reopen their doors to the public. The EMEDA COVID-19 Recovery Advertising Grant Program is aimed at helping small businesses based in Fallon County pay for advertising costs to promote their respective sales, discounts, promotions, etc. Small businesses are eligible to apply for a one-time grant up to $250.00 that will support advertising costs in the Fallon County Times or with Newell Media. Moreover, Newell Media has offered to match dollar for dollar the amount of the grant an applicant spends on radio advertisements. The grant program will accept applications on a first-come first-serve basis until funds are depleted.
