This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup company at the ground floor! Prepaid2Cash is a payments and financial technology company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Customer Success Associate for Prepaid2Cash you will be the first point of contact with our customers, managing day to day interactions to ensure customer success across all of our service lines.
What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for all customer interactions via phone and email to help troubleshoot technical bugs, answer questions about Prepaid2Cash’s services and help solve customer issues.
In order to successfully achieve this, the Customer Success Associate will need to:
• Familiarize yourself with the Prepaid2Cash’s products and services, to help troubleshoot customer issues and technical bugs
• Review customer transactions for completeness and follow up when information is incorrect or missing.
• Work with Prepaid2Cash’s third party financial partners to reconcile transactions and troubleshoot issues
• Maintain reporting for management utilizing spreadsheets
• Work with the team to identify ways to integrate technology or improve processes / create documentation / implement systems to manage customer interactions.
• Other ad-hoc administrative projects as required
