Thiruvananthapuram: KT Jaleel, who is clearly on the back foot following the massive protests by the opposition demanding his resignation over the questioning by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the controversial diplomatic baggage and the gold-smuggling case, is all set to be protected and thus shielded by the central leadership and the state government.
