Mirella Robinson will take the newly formed role with Cbus from mid-January, after being acting chief data officer and general manager of delivery, data analytics and technology at Latitude Financial Services.
In her prior position, Ms Robinson led a team of 120, had responsibility for digital customer and product development, as well as operations across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific.
Prior to Latitude, she worked in senior roles at ANZ, including head of technology for Australia consumer digital, and tribe lead – customer self-service, CX and digital.
Cbus chief executive Justin Arter reported the fund had created the CITO role to position it for future success and security.
“To maintain the high levels of trust that our members have in us, we need to deliver the most relevant information to them in the best timeframe possible, while also developing products and services that will help them to maximise their savings during their working lives,” Mr Arter said.
“Insight from Mirella will play a vital role in all these key areas and I welcome her to the executive leadership team of Cbus.”
Ms Robinson added that she was excited to join the fund, with its “increasing focus on innovation and technology”.
